Establishing an Extracurricular -- the procedure:
1. Have a sponsor in mind
2. Directly contact Dean Burhan for tentative approval.
3. Write a proposal to give a presentation to the administration
What are you proposing? Why would you want the school to have the activity? How many will be involved? How does it benefit the school and community? When will it meet? What type of schedule would it have?
4. Arrange and Present proposal to school administration
5. Follow steps from administration based on feedback.
