Learners to Leaders Incentive Program (L2L)
The Learners to Leaders program is an incentive program for students to earn credit as they work on accountability, encouragement and kindness towards others, good decision making, self motivation strategies and skills . All of these are learning aspects to develop great leadership. Along the way, students will earn reward points that can be exchanged for a small token of being on the right track.
1. Each student will be given a L2L reward signature card.
2. Punch cards will have twenty-five signature spots that administration, teachers and staff may sign when students have demonstrated a quality that is an act of learning leadership in the education and the Muslim faith. Once students have twenty-five initials, the card can be returned to the dean of students for a small token. The student will receive another card to continue on the pathway of learning to be a leader.
**Dean of Students, administration, or teachers may give special spontaneous rewards throughout for those that may have a card with a specific number of signatures. For example, the Dean of students could mention that those who have 5 signatures by a specific date will earn ice cream or a teacher may give a homework pass for those who can display and show the card with 6 signatures.
**High school students receiving coins from the K-8 reward program may exchange the 5 coin amount for one signature on the points card. This can be done through any administration. (Principal, Vice-Principal, Dean or Counselor)
